Hello, I'm in month 6 and suffered from Health OCD in that period particularly during months 2-4. I know many women here had what's called ROCD or Relationship OCD instead. It's another stupid reaction to your hormones being out of whack, it's not you or your relationship.

Yes! I’m 10 months off and for a while I would always think to myself, “why am I here”, “there is nothing to look forward to” and the saying “same sh*t different day” was literally how I felt. I can now say that I am much better but I’m still not extremely happy with life. I still often feel like there is no purpose to be here and like everything will suck but I think it’s the depression. I hope for the day we are all better and forget about this horrible time. Although you may feel hopeless sometimes and like you will never revert back to your normal self I think you will! Best of luck on this long journey

I know how u feel about the impending doom thing.. it comes randomly for me. Sometimes our anxiety doesn't have any trigger at all - its just how our hormones play with us. It sucks so much
