What are the EXACT side effects of the fetanyl patch?

Ive been on Fentanyl 50MCG/hr for 5 months. The side effects ive experienced is Constapation (not as much as Vicodins,Norcos,Lorcet,Oxy) Nausea (eating when you feel this start helps). The withdrawals suck real bad and i have never had a patch last the full 3 days for me.
