I forgot to take my birth control pill 2 separate times this month. Both times I took 2 pills the next day to get back on track. The second time I forgot to take the pill I had spotting. I want to skip my period at the end of this month (in 11 days), I would start a new birth control pack immediately. Once I start the new pack, can I still get pregnant from sex without a condom?

Birth control prevents ovulation, no ovulation means no release off eggs, there fore there is nothing to fertilize.

If you want to skip periods, ask your doctor about Seasonal. It's a birth control pill that you take 3 months at a time, stop it, get a regular period, then go back on. That is why it's called Seasonal, winter, spring, summer and fall. You will have only 4 periods a year.
