Girlfriend is experiencing pain when peeing

We were fooling around a couple days ago and i started to rub her down there. I think she enjoyed it (although she could be saying that to make me feel better), also i noticed she was pretty 'wet' and since i was doing this over her pants (no actual contact between my hands and her skin) it must have been pretty lubricated underneath. She told me today that she has a little pain when urinating, and now i'm really worried that i've hurt her.
