Wife is experiencing...

dizziness, weakness, BAD cramping, and spotted vision among the "normal" symptoms of pregnancy. Has anyone experienced these? I'm just really concerned and have to talk to her over the phone being I'm in the Army and we can move her out here for another 3 weeks, I don't know if this will be responded to but if possible PLEASE respond by email to **** any advice/help would be GREATLY appreciated. She's had two kids before and says this one is "weird" she's about 7-8 weeks along and hasn't experience cramping like this, she says they hit very hard and extremely sudden, and feels at times like she's about to pass out, so far she hasn't had any kind of bleeding and we're praying these aren't signs of a miscarriage, after her last childbirth the placenta was left inside and it messed up her insides pretty bad, so it was a "miracle" she got pregnant this time, and she says she never had any type of weird discharge and with this one she's having "pretty good amounts" of a clear/white discharge. Hope this is clear enough, I know it's hard to do online, again, any help would be so much appreciated...
