You would not expect withdrawal bleeding yet. Often it comes about a week or so later.
You first said your period started 20th July, then later said 7th July. If your period started 7th, then 26th would likely be a fertile day, whereas if it started 20th July, 26th would not likely be a fertile day.
Having taken EC within an hour it should be effective, although of course, it cannot be 100% guaranteed.

Nausea is a possible side effect from taking i-pill, but it should subside within a day or two.

If you are still experiencing nausea (3 weeks after taking i-pill), then I recommend seeing a medical practitioner. ["I last had ipill on 6th july"]

Saying "I last had ipill on 6th july" indicates to me that you have had the i-pill before. When else have you had it? or did you mean 26th July?

I don't know your age, but the i-pill is recommended for 25-45 year olds.

I-pill is reckoned to be 95% reliable if taken within 24 hours, but it likely to be effective if taken within 3 days.

You would only get pregnant anyway if you had sex at a fertile time, but you have not given any dates or your period history for this year.

I-pill is only recommended for 25-45 year olds, and there are concerns about the impact on the developing reproductive system of younger women, especially those in their teens.

It is difficult understanding to whom I am replying when you don't give a name and there are several people on here. If you respond to one of my replies, I assume it is you I had replied to.

For a home test, 31 July should be OK, but 1 Aug would be better. If used properly, the test should be reliable. However, a proper hospital blood test is always better. If you take a home test and the result is positive, that would be almost certain. You would then need to seek medical attention for your pregnancy with scans etc.

Does this help?

You have given no actual dates, so it makes responding with certainty difficult.

  1. What date did you have sex?
  2. What pills did you take?
  3. How many pills did you take?
  4. What date did you take the pills?
  5. What date did you expect your period (before taking the pills)?
  6. What date did you actually start your period?
  7. What date did you start your previous period?
  8. How long is your cycle usually (typically 28 days)?

If you have taken an EC pill, future periods may not come when expected.

If I remember correctly you had sex and took the i-pill on 6th July, but also had sex on 10th July, but didn't take the i-pill after that. I don't think you said when you had withdrawal bleeding, nor when your period had been due, but the i-pill is only reckoned to be effective if taken after sex. The likelihood of pregnancy is very low, but the impact on your reproductive system because of taking EC is difficult to predict. I don't think you are pregnant, but there might be a very slight chance. A home test tomorrow would be reliable. The longer you leave testing, the greater the hormone levels to be picked up by the test. A follow-up blood test should be certain.
The chance of pregnancy is one of the risks of pre-marital sex.
