Yes! I actually got pregnant with my second child that way, not planned at all but she's the best!! Sperm can live inside of you for days. if it makes it past your cervix it csn live for 5-7 days, if not usually 3-5 days. So if you had sex and then the next day ovulated his sperm will still be "alive" inside of you it just depends on how far it got. Sounds obscured but it's true! Hope this helps, good luck.
