Recently I have noticed a hard lump just under the head of my penis.. its about the diameter of a dime and is painful to touch. It feels as if its not attached to the. Skin but the inside of my penis.
Reading Online makes me think its a lymphocele. Its been there for about 2 days now and may have enlarged slightly. I'm extremely concered about it and need to
Know if it should be looked at by a physician.

In my opinion you are in a bad situation and need to see a doctor or physician immediately. Whatever it is and lymphocele is a posibility, you should get it looked at before it gets worse.

Hi,
Lymphocele is definitely a possibility here. And in most case this is what is causing the lump on your head. How much do you masturbate? Or do you have regular sexual activities? You have to know that lymphoceles are not that dangerous. They are just a collection of fluid, that has been collected in one place because of the problem with drainage of the lymph fluid. However there is no chance for you to know this for sure if you don’t visit urologist. the thing that you could try to do is to massage the swelling and it should go away if this is lymphocele. If this stays permanent for long period of time, then you are having problem with something else.
