Has anyone used thermochrome to aid in losing weight? I was advised by my Dr.to use this or take a drug. I'm 180, 5'4". The thermochrome I was taking was 2 tablets, twice a day. Now I've cut back to one a day. I want to give it a try but it was way too much caffeine. The thermochrome may have caused me a few migraines. Thanks for any advice and for listening.
