Physical changes?
As in permanent changes or alterations in your body?

Assuming for a moment that you are male,
your errection will go down. You'll feel sleepy. You'll want to rest. You'll not be as interested in your mate for a period of time.
Other than that, not too much, unless she becomes pregnant.

Which leads us to the other side of the question. Assuming that you're female,
You could become pregnant, which will show within about 4 months.
Your breast swell, you'll feel more tired, you'll have bouts of energy, and mood swings.

But if you're talking about having intercourse for the first time, not a great deal changes permanently.
Some women find they have a thin membrane called hymen that breaks or tears, bleeding a little. Others experience nothing like this. Some have had this happen through exercise, and already experienced it.

Some women will lubricate enough to have intercourse but not climax.
Some will not have enough lubrication and will require a supliment to make it more pleasing. Some will not do anything and just wait for it to be over. Some will want to join in the movement and get a good workout, producing a sweat, and body ache later.

Perhaps it would be better to get a book on general human sexuality to read up on these topics.

And a good conversation with a health counselor might be very helpful too.
