Hello tasysam,

A good friend of mine recently was taken off Zoloft and she also experienced a different range of withdrawal symptoms, even though her doctor did his best to wean her off. And yes, besides insomnia and, as she described it, strange muscle sensations, she did suffer from headaches for quite some time, even though she was on Zoloft only for half a year.
So yes, headaches are definitely caused by Zoloft withdrawal.
What her family physician advised and what actually did help was some sort of detoxification. She paid extra attention to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily, but also to try her best to eat healthy, mostly fresh fruit and vegetables. And it did take a few weeks, but the headaches did eventually stop.
