Heavy bleed not stopping after my hyman breaking

My girlfriend and I were fooling around and she was fingering me. She then asked me if I want to try something new and I said yes. I closed my eyes and she put a dildo inside me, she moved it a little and I cringed in pain she pulled it out and there way blood pouring out, I ran into the bathroom and I was just bleeding all over the floor, when it slowed down a little I cleaned up a bit and let my girlfriend in she just held me because I was crying. The bleeding continued for like 40 minutes then it slowed down. I took and shower and put 3 pads in my underwear. I woke up still bleeding my girlfriend made me let her take a look she touched me and the blood started pouring out again. It's been 36 hours I'm still bleeding on and off and I've fallen over dizzy 3 times. I won't let my girlfriend take me to the doctor for many reasons but we are both quite worried. I have had sex with a few girls and have used dildos before, I also use tampons does anyone know if this is my hyman breaking because after all the stuff I've done I really don't think it's possible. Does anyone have any advice or any idea what's going on?
