Her period lasted 3 days, we didn't had intercourse, but we touched

i and my girlfriend touch ourselves and stuff but we've never had sexual intercourse before but we've stroked our sexual organs on each others . and two month ago when we touched she got her period really late but it only lasted 3 days but it was all red and so much but this month she hasnt gotten it but shes having this werid red browish blood stain on her undies for the last 2 days. i dont know what wrong am stressed like she is .....please i need an answer
