Anybody who has ever been involved in intense sports must know what I am talking about when I say muscle cramps can be seriously painful. Not that I want to sound like a wimp, but why suffer in vain, when you can also treat the cramps? I'm going hiking with some friends next week. I am sure we will all have cramps! Can I take herbs for cramps with me?

Calcium and magnesium, though not herbs, are without a doubt the way to go when you have muscle cramps! You should already start by taking high doses of these now, before you go on your hike. Then continue while you are hiking. I believe that you will notice a big difference!
