I often got foot cramps while I am exercising. I ask physiatrist but she didn’t say anything useful or something that stopped foot cramps. It is very uncomfortable and annoying for me. I would like to hear some suggestions for prevention of the cramps. Thank you in advance.

I can give you some advices. I also have foot cramps while I am exercising. They are short but painful. All I can say to you is drink plenty of water, dehydration can cause muscle tension. Exercise regularly, especially cardiovascular exercise and a regular stretching program can relax muscles. Supplement your meals with calcium, magnesium, potassium, or zinc, or eat food rich in those nutrients, because tight muscles cannot release without these substances in your body.
