I had an excisional biopsy on my right breast thursday and today I started to itch and notices redness and raised bumps where the orange stuff was, I guess it was Iodine. It's really itchy and I put hydrocortisone on it but it's not going away. What else should I do? Should I go to the doctor?

I think that you should visit your doctor as soon as possible. This could be an allergic reaction and if it is you need to figure out on what. Maybe the stiches they have put are from some material that is causing allergic reaction in your case and you need to take them out as soon as possible. This is quite common and because of that you can have serious consequences.
