I am experiencing the cuts, itching & burning systems too! However, I have not been sexually active for 10 years or more. So what else could bring this on? I am now a disabled female who no longer has the ability to wipe myself after urination. I'm thinking perhaps the acid or whatever lingering germs maybe causing it. Please help!

Sorry to hear about your disability. Yes, you maybe suffering from urinary tract infection or UTI. Drink plenty of water. If you are getting a foul smell down there or feeling of discharge, have a doctor examine you. Please visit a family doctor who can help you

Thank you. Although I have no foul odor, It's difficult at the moment to determine if the small white substance is a discharge or from the vaginal cremes which I have inserted.
