It's not a symptom of anything wrong, especially not cancer! Some men ejaculate more semen than others. It's perfectly normal. In extreme cases there are men who have a medical condition known as hyperspermia, in which the man produces abnormally large amounts of semen. While it can cause embarrassing problems on an everyday basis, such as abnormal precum leakage and even involuntary ejaculation, there's nothing physically dangerous or harmful about this condition. Or, the condition of just being a guy who ejaculates more than average. Neither are case for alarm or considered a health threat.
On average, most human males ejaculate about a "tablespoon" of semen. Maybe a little more or less.
