Basically there are lines of denser material in your lung. Scar tissue and fluids show up as a ligh spot on an x-ray.
Koch's fibrosis is another term for tuberculosis, PTB.
You'll need a sputum analysis to confirm if it is active or old scarring. A biopsy may also be needed.
