It's understandable to feel worried and uncertain about your sexual history and the changes you have noticed in your vulva. It's important to remember that there is no one "right" way to define virginity, and it means different things to different people and cultures.
When you go for a Pap exam, the doctor will not be able to determine whether or not you have used a sex toy or masturbated. Pap exams are done to check for abnormal cells on the cervix, which can be a sign of cervical cancer or other conditions. Your doctor will ask you some questions about your sexual history and any symptoms you may be experiencing, but they will not ask you about your virginity.
It's important to be honest with your doctor about any sexual activity you have engaged in or any concerns you may have. Your doctor is there to provide you with confidential and nonjudgmental care, and they can help answer any questions you may have about your sexual health.
