To find your clit you need to put your finger on the top part of your Virginia looking down standing up. Right were your Virginia opens, or the line, it's right around there but a little further down

How old is your sister? If she's older you might try asking her. If she knows, she'd probably be willing to help or even show you how to masturbate.

 

Your vulva is the whole thing from the top of the slit to the bottom. Inside it is your clit, your urethra your inner lips and your vagina. You don't "wee" through your clit. That is the function of your urethra. While a guy's urethra comes out through his penis, as a girl you have the only sexual part that has no other purpose but to give you pleasure.

Your clit is at the top where the inner lips join. It may be covered my a hood which is similar to a foreskin on a guy. If you can't see it try putting two fingers on both sides of your inner lips at the top and pulling up while spreading them a little. It should pop right out but it may not. My wife's is completely hidden and can't be seen at all. However she's the only girl I've known who had one that is that well hidden.

Below that is your urethra, inside your inner lips. It looks like the end of a tiny hose. Below that is your vagina.
