Some guys can ejaculate in less than a minute. Many can go for hours. It all varies.
pre-cum and cum are not the same. Pre-cum is clear and serves to cleanse the urethra and lubricate. It oozes or drips out.
Cum is semen - this is what you ejaculate when you orgasm. It can be clear when you first start to ejaculate but gradually becomes more "milky" in color.
