Hey this not a topic I could discuss but this has been goin on for a couple months now. I have a hard time urinating. I have to strain at times to get it out. I don't have any STD's. I know this because my girlfriend is pregnant and so we go to the doctor on a regular basis. I have a hard time get'n an erection when I'm in the mood. And then when I can get an erection it's like soon we get goin I get a funny tingling feeling at the tip of my manhood that's a little different than a normal climax. It's affecting area in my sexual life and I don't have insurance to get any medical attention. What can I do to investigate this issue?
