Hi there,

Im only 22 but can see your having a tough time. I work as a receptionist at a fitness gym and we often see people in there wanting to loose weight. As you can imagine some cant loose the weight and give up.
From what i have learnt from being there that a nutritious and healthy balanced diet helps and as you have put that you do alot of exercise, maybe your body is already used to that and needs more of a challenge.
In regards to your manhood, alot of factors here could be causing problems. Your wife's depression (i.e. your stress to make sure shes ok, yet more stress because she wont touch you), the fact your overweight will cause you to feel low and as a result can affect your manhood etc.
This is a UK tv show called embaressing bodies. If you search erectile dysfunction it may come up with a more satisfying answer :)

I hope that can help. If not, you may need a visit to your GP. As you are aware, anything can slip you into depression, and its a difficult task to get back out of it.

It's your stress my friend.

Its the main cause that people cant self diagnose.

From what you say, your life has been difficult as of late.

Im 27 years old and my wife has a severe case of endometriosis. This has kept us from having sex for nearly two years and now i dont even feel like being sexually active. Stress alone has caused me many problems.
