i had something like that 2 years ago, it was a cyst that had to cut opened and packed. It took months to heal because they leave it open. not trying to scare you but you should see your dr. and if it gets bigger or starts pussing call a surgeon it could start making a tract inside your body. Mine kept going away and coming back until it was unbearable. I'm a dude so it was between my scrotum and anus but sounds similar. the procedure wasn't that bad (not as bad as you might think) and the recovery wasn't painful after a couple days. it's just embarassing. good luck
