lump under skin between anus and scrotum

Hi, you might be having hemorrhoids. Does it itch and hurt at the same time? If it does then this might be the reason for that lump. You should consider changing your diet a little and try to eat more soups and food that is not spicy. You can even go to local pharmacy and buy a cream for hemorrhoids that will help reduce the lump and the itching. My friend had it and he managed to cure it in 2 weeks. A month or two ago I noticed a pea-sized lump under the skin between my anus and scrotum about 1 cm from the anus. It stings if I press it too hard. What could this be?
