I'm 43 and get an intense aching between my scrotum and anus once a month or so. It seems to occur when sexual activity is at a low point. It is also relieved with some massaging; otherwise it does go away after about 10 to 15 minutes. The pain can get pretty intense at times and I am wondering if it is an early sign for something going wrong or a little back-up due to lack of sex?
