hii, im turning 15 soon, 

i have had pinworms since I was around 10 years old, and im okay with it nowadays as it isnt as bad as it was.

however, a new problem has appeared from last year where i am crying to go to the toilet as i am in so much pain. I got a mirror and looked downwards and noticed a tear on the outline of my bum taking about 1/4 of it, it was bleeding at the time i saw it because i just recently went to the toilet and had a hug poo (sorry that sounds weird).  I looked online, and it seems to be a serious issue, and i should see a doctor. but im just sooo worried and scared, 

im mainly worried with how they will be touching downwards on my body, and i just cringe sooo much to even think about them touching meeee!!

Please give me advice on what to do? maybe i should call 111 and ask for advice???
