Well. I could just tell you that its all...well.. women related. your breast might be tender because they are growing and that you might not be pregnant because of the test..but go to the doctor to find out because doctor's pregnancy tests are A LOT more specific and accurate than take-home pregnanyc tests, but then again there migth be a strong possibility that you are pregnant, but like I said. Go to the doctor to find out.

when on the depo injection some woman dont get there period at all till they come off the depo and some woman get there period while being on it

the tenderness could just be a sign that you would have got your period there is a slim chance of getting pregnant on the injection if you dont have protected sex after for first injection for the first 2-3 weeks

Depo Provera slowly releases the synthetic form of progesterone medroxyprogesterone (Progestins and estrogens are the two major classes of female hormones.) acetate and protects against pregnancy for a period of 11 to 14 weeks. This method prevents ovulation, so there is no egg available for a sperm to fertilize. It also works by thickening cervical mucus, which makes it harder for sperm to swim through. The progestin in Depo Provera can thin out or prevent the growth of uterine tissue. This makes it difficult for a fertilized egg to implant into the uterine wall since there is not enough lining there to receive it.

so if we dont produce an egg for the sperm to fertilize it it wont pass through and tell you body that you are not pregnant which in turn tells you body to start shredding your lining in you uterus

Hope my information has helped you i was on the shot but it didnt work for me i bleed just about every day of the month and i had 2-4 days break so was taken off the shot and put on to oral BC
