I Have small bumps on my penis the have no pains is this problem? and also beside my penis when ever i wear pants or skin tights and they are paining. and why my penis when erect will not go straight it looks through my stomatch if am in bed?. am 19 i have 18cm long and 17cm girth, how can i enlarge it naturally or the size is ok?

Describe the bumps please. Where exactly are they on the penis and what color and size?
Your penis is bigger than average. 18cm is about 7" and average is 5 - 5 1/2".
Not all penises are straight. Most bend either left, right, up, or even down. It's normal.
