the other day I noticed brown discharge in my underwear and when I wiped then there was a red dried colour and today I just saw blood and blood clots in my underwear and when I went to the toilet it hurt like burning and there was a bit of blood. Now my stomachs hurting is it cramps, have I started or should I go to a doctor ?
