I am 15 years old but i underarm hair, mustache, and pubic hair but my penis erect too 4 inches anybody know whats going on??

You are NORMAL.

4-5" is average for a 15 year old.  Average for an adult is 5.1".

Don't compare yourself to anyone else.  We are all different.
