My dad was sick wit bronchitis or something like that the doc put him on prednisone and in less then 48 hours he died i swear it was the medicine but i couldnt afford an autopsy so i guess ill never really know for sure.

Sorry for your loss.
It probably was not the prednisone however. With any medication it takes some time for it to reach a therapeutic level.
Why was he prescribed the prednisone initially?

They thought he had bronchitis or something worse he was also on the antibiotic calld z pak aswell. I read u shudnt mix those wit ppl who have heart disease.
