I think there is a wound inside my penis, there is no blood, but I feel pain

Hi there, I currently got a problem with my penis ,,,I think it's a wound inside my penis,,,no blood comes out when I urinate but I feel pain,,,also a white stuff comes out when I grab my penis hard,,,how may you help
