OK so I'm 20 years old and I live with my father, so I can't talk to him about any of this it would just be to weird, and he'd ask to many question. Ok so yes i am sexually active but I get there pimples (at least that what i think they are) inside the lips of my vagina and the outside. Now they swell up to a very big size but then they come to a reddish white head and they always pop but they hurt like hell, like sometimes it hurts to sit or walk. Blood and pus comes out sometimes its a hard like white or yellow think that comes out. Now can some one please give me a idea of what this could be or what I can do? I bath everyday and i wash myself every time, I'm very clean, I don't know if this has anything to do with it but i do walk 2.5 miles everyday from work.

If they are pimple like and have pus, I don't want to scare you but that might be an STD. To make sure, if you have a health insurance, go to a gynecologist and they can do some tests and check what it is. You can use preparation H which is originally used for hemmorhoids and apply it to the pimples if they hurt. It will help alleviate the pain while waiting for an appointment.
