First of all, your vagina is the tunnel INSIDE your body. Women these days have begun to refer to their entire GENITAL area as their vagina. That is wrong. So, I'm not sure what the "top" of your vagina is. Anyway, anywhere you would have green pulse and any blood coming out of it probably means you have some sort of infection. Could it be an STD? YES! Depending of course on where this thing is. The closer to the inside of your vagina it is, the more likely it could be an STD. You should go to a doctor or clinic right away, and if you find out you DO have an STD, you should notify the person you got the STD from, and anyone you may have had sex with since then. STD's are easy to treat, usually with a one or more shots or a course of antibiotic tablets.

Oh, okay, they could be ingrown hairs. The green is just pus, but pus means infection. You may be able to treat it with over-the-counter antibiotic, like neosporin or bacitracin. I that doesn't work, you probably will need to see a doctor because ingrown hairs don't usually get infected to the point of pus. You could have a staph infection or some other kind of bacterial infection. Do these "bumps" always come out of a hair root/shaft? How big do they get? When the blood and/or pus comes out, does a coiled hair come out too?
