If I took plan b on 2nd or 3rd day I shouldn't be pregnant?

Correct.  Plan B is very effective when taken within 72 hours.

I had sex at 10:40-11:20pm, he ejaculated inside me with the condom on. He pulled out and the condom was still inside of me. I just pulled it out but I'm scared because people have said I could still get pregnant so today was my 3rd day for the plan B and I took it at 3:30pm. Will it still work?
