Hi! I have all symptoms of dust mites allergy. I’m not sure that I really have it. I will go to doctor to do that allergy tests but now I need some information about it. I’m asking if I wash my pillow will it kill dust mites and stop my allergy?

Unfortunately, that isn’t enough. You need to do more that just wash a pillow. Yes, you should wash your pillow and all your bedding once a week but in really high temperature. Maybe you should need to put air filter and dehumidifier in your bedroom. They may also cut down on the impact of dust mites.

Hello there,

Unfortunately if you are allergic to the dust you will have to change your life style drastically. First you need to see your doctor to find out if you are really allergic, and if you are then start redecorating your room, and afterwards your whole apartment.

I am allergic to dust among all the others allergies and I am sleeping on a special pillow, and in my room there are no things except bed, table and laptop. Even dresser is in another room because it is absolutely impossible to sleep around things which collect dust. Of course sprin is the worst but somehow you manage to live with it.

I hope that you will discover that you are not allergic.
