If my period came late last month will it come late this month too?

I never really get my period late until last month. I usually get my period on the 13th (how ironic) and well, today is the 13th of a new month and I haven't gotten it today. Is this normal? I'm a virgin and all so, I don't know what do/ what's going on. Please answer!! :-(

Yes, but it instead of coming on the 13th in February it came on the 23rd..

I mean like, let's say I've been stressed out a while,like two-three months and then my period just comes late every other month? Yesterday was the 13th and I didn't get my period soo...does that mean I'll get it on the 23rd again ?
