Period came early last month and late this month

In January, I had protected sex with my boyfriend during the time I was ovulating. Soon after my breast was a little sensitive. Not much just when they are twist a little but they never hurt before. It also was a little tingly/itchy and I also think I remember having a little cramp. But,this can also by normal for me. I had no other pregnant like symptoms. I had my period on the exact same date it is suppose to be due that month. It was normal. Really red. The next month I had protective, rough sex with my boyfriend about a week before my period due. Two days after the sex which is about 4 days before my period is expected I experience bleeding also a leg cramp that started as so as it begin. I usually have leg cramps during my period every now and again. It contain medium bleeding which can also be normal for me. My breast is aslo not sensitive anymore and I haven't had any other symptoms. I have been stress lately and I havent had sex since the early period. Now this month I am about 4 days late. Can someone help me please?
