Some possible reasons for the pain and discomfort you experienced could include:

  1. Prostate-related issues: It's possible that your previous prostate infection may have caused lingering inflammation or other complications that are affecting your urination and sexual function.

  2. Urinary tract issues: Pain during urination or sexual activity could be related to urinary tract problems, such as urinary stones or a urinary tract infection.

  3. Pelvic floor muscle issues: Dysfunction or tension in the pelvic floor muscles can lead to pain and discomfort during sexual activity or urination.

  4. Nerve-related issues: Problems with nerves in the pelvic region could also be contributing to your symptoms.

While it can be uncomfortable to discuss these issues, remember that healthcare professionals are trained to handle such concerns professionally and confidentially. Early intervention and proper medical care can make a significant difference in addressing any underlying health issues.

Please schedule an appointment with a urologist or a healthcare provider specializing in men's health to discuss your symptoms and concerns in detail. They will be able to provide you with personalized advice, appropriate tests, and a treatment plan based on their evaluation of your condition.
