I'm 6 days late on my period. And I haven't ever had sex and I've had a bad headache, cramps and like sticky discharged that smells should I be worried?? I've read that you could skip a month but I've only had one period before and this would be my second and I'm scared that there's something wrong.

There's probably nothing wrong at all. You have only just started menstruating, and it takes time for your periods to settle down. Even then, not everyone has the typical 28-day cycle. Many have a regular cycle of between 21 and 35 days; however, many have irregular cycles.
It sounds as though you have the symptoms of a period coming, but remember it could take several months for you to settle into a pattern whereby you can reasonably ascertain when your next period will start.
