Im on day 3 of perocets withdrawls. I'm doing it at home. what can i do about the sleepness?

Hi hon! I never advise people to go cold turkey, but since you are in day 3 you will allready be in the swing of it! Melatonin - from a drug store is an EXCELLENT sedative! Also the good old warm milk at bedtime! I know people look like 8-| this when I mention warm milk, but it WORKS!!! Also taking multivitamins especially with ALL the B vitamins in it will help with nervousness or lack of sleep, irratability etc. So good luck and health! Try to get as much water and fluids into your system as possible, and get as much fresh air as possible too! To get your mind off of it!
