Mine happened similar to this. We had a broken condom in March, so we rushed and got the pill in 12 hours. I bled a few days later. My periods used to be very heavy. By April it was a few days late, and it was light. May was late as well, and light. June came a week late and that was with me inducing it using parsley tea. July came 2 weeks late, also induced with parsley, and that was the last period I had. It is now October. My pharmacist blamed the pill+ weight loss and stress for this.

If you have taken plan b (emergency) contraception then it can cause your period to come early or late or even not at all and can also alter your monthly cycle for up to a year and it doesn't always have the same effects every time you take it just depends when I'm your cycle you take it to its after effects.

Hey everyone, this is really really late! My boyfriend and I are always really careful sex when it comes to sex, we always use a condom, but one of the times, he took the condom off and the stuff inside came out onto me before I could move away (just a rookie mistake, never happened prior to that so I didn't even think to move away). So I freaked, I took the Plan B and had a really heavy period about a week later for about 2 weeks. My periods have NEVER been regular, I've gone a couple months without one, sometimes their just spotting, sometimes their 3 days, sometimes 2 weeks, and sometimes usually about once a year they are extremely heavy. Anyway, I had my period after Plan B in the middle of September, it is now the beginning of January and I haven't had a period yet. I've had symptoms of my period once a month. Headache, tender boobs, upset stomach, moodiness, emotional crying. But after about a week the symptoms stop. So it's like I'm having a period without the blood. Has this happened to anyone before? My parents are kind of strict, so I don't wanna let them down by telling them I had sex before I was married or engaged (I'm 21 and have not been to the lady doctor yet), but I'm not sure what to do because I have anxiety and this is really beginning to stress me out to the point where I can't sleep... I've been reading horror stories of women who have no pierod and can't have kids, which would devestate me because one of my biggest dreams is to have a big family. If someone could let me know if this is normal from the pill, that would be amazing thank you! -EP

I had sex on Feb 1st this month, I took plan b the very next day .. now it's been 10 maybe 11 days & I haven't started my period .. on the box it says people over 165 shouldn't take it .. well I'm kind of over weight idk if that has anything to do with it ? But I feel like bubble guts , nausea. . At yes dizzy/light headed ... I'm stressing out :( I'm scared ... is this normal . My 13 year old had sex for the first time on the 9th. A condom was used. One step plan b was taken on the 11(48 hours later). She is suppose to start her period tomorrow (19th) last period was the 22. No sign of a period other than some mild cramping..what are the chances she's pregnant? I thought you were suppose to bleed after taking the plan b?
