Basic rule for all allergies, especially those related to pollen, is that they tend to worsen each year, 10 to 20%, which means there are more symptoms, so it might seem that efficacy of the drug is lessened. We could talk about tolerance to antihistamine, but you can also think of changing the medication you are currently using. And you might consider staying indoors around 10 in the morning, the pollen concentration in the air is highest in that period.
