I am reading this and can feel your pain! My only difference is I have had 2 children weighing in at 10lbs 15 and 9lbs 7 at birth. My periods were regular but heomraged every month but now on depo I am bleeding for my 5th month. I am hoping to get a hysterectomy soon. Getting pregnant did not help (the doctors told me that too). I suffer migraines so can't take the pill. I am desperate, came off contraception last year but fell pregnant (not planned) and miscarried at 15 weeks. Am now 38 and have had enough.

I just got on depo also in August of 2017 and that started my cycle on August 29 2017, before then my periods would be super light for about 3 days out the month . Its Now Dec 19 and I'm still on my period . IT COMES OUT LIKE WATER !!! IM CONSTANTLY CHANGING PADS . WHAT SHOULD I DO ??

i have had the same problem, i have now been on my period for 5 months straight with no off days, it's often black and thick, and i can't wear tampons anymore because they hurt too much after wearing them so often. i am on the implant, which led me to not bleed for 2 months and now i'm bleeding for 5. i haven't been to the doctors yet, because i think it's just a side effect of the birth control.

I have had the same problem but my irregular period started when I was 10 then I went to the dr. And they put me on the pill with no reason why it was happening and as I grew older the pill made me sick so I stop taking them and I was okay for about a year after I turned 16 and Everything was fine till I turned 18 and I missed my period for 3 months Then it came back on and has been on ever since it’s been about 5 months now I’m not sure what’s going on

So, ive been irregular for my entire life. Right now ive been on my period for 4 months. Longest was 8 months. Ive been waiting to go to a obgyn for 4 months. Ive been to the hospital several times. Vaginal exams constanly. They just say, irregular bleeding....WOW NO WAY. I was even told i had pelvic inflammatory disease ect. Ive haf ultra sounds in the past tried birth control..nothing helps and no one has answers. Im married, im 23 years old. Ill go awhile not wanting sex, and then i just wanna bang like a rabbit. But, even right now im cramping so terribly bad i wanna passout. Ive been researching for the longest time. I cant pin point what it is. I hope everyone can figure out whats going on. If you find out whats wrong post back.

I’m 20 years old and I got my period November 2017 and it’s now April 10, 2018 and I’ve constatly been on my period since then besides the exception of a day without bleeding at a time so about 5 months now... I was on The Depo-Provera and had gotten the shot on 3 or 4 other occasions and was supposed to get another shot in November but I waited too long to go and now ive has it since then ..I haven’t gone since because I’m bleeding and they can’t really check anything while you are on your period as I understand...if I didn’t just look this up I would’ve thought I was completely alone in this whoever I say I’ve been on my period for 5 months looks at me like I have multiple heads and it makes me uneasy and scared on why this is happening.. I have a boyfriend as well and same as I’m reading in all these other comments we used to have an amazing sex life but now we barley have any sexual intercouses because of me because I’m usually not in the mood like I used to be and it does cause some issues .. I haven’t been to the doctor at all which I know is pretty dumb but reading these and seeing all these girls it’s mostly from the depo shot I’m not sure if I want to get it again but I also don’t want to get pregnant .. I tried the pill and it didn’t work cause it gave me stomach issues and I don’t know much and don’t really like the other options of birth control I have no idea what to do or what’s happening to me but atleast now I know I’m not alone in this

Ive been on my period since December 2017 and it just won't go away and I'm experiencing iron deficiency. When I shower I get dizzy and it's hard to breath and my hearing starts to fade almost as I'm going to faint. When I went go the doctor in February 2018 they said that everything is normal and I just have to wait it out. But way before in August 2017-September 2017 I had my period for 2 months straight. Back then they said nothing was wrong and they have me Provera the pills(that didnt work by the way) and it made my period last longer. Around October 2017-the end of November 2017, my period was normal. Then as soon as December 2017 rolled around I got it again and it hasn't left since. Its ruining my life to say the least. Especially since my period is extremely heavy and is showing no signs of slowing down. I also need help I don't know what to do :(
