I've been urinating a lot & a lot of Mini Cramps

So I had sex with my partner last month in January . My period is irregular & well I was suppose to have my period that month but I didn't . But i did in december . I had sex twice in the week I thought it was suppose to come but it didn't . & now it's February & I haven't had my period yet . I've tried a home pregnancy test & it was a negative. I only tired it because it's been like 3 weeks already . I'm stressing out a lot . But idk if that's the reason I haven't had it . Also this happened to one before but like a couple months back . & I was stressing to much but I ended up getting it . & we used a Flavored condom but the Good brand that's made for both sex & oral sex . & I've been peeing a lot & a lot of Mini Cramps ?..
