I was taking my birth control (Lo Loestrin FE) but I decided to stop taking it. Today was my first day off the pill and I feel great. I stopped taking it because it gave me two zits, made me extra moody and I didn't like it. Up until yesterday I had been on it for three weeks. I'm going to get a hormone free IUD at some point instead one day. I feel great, like I'm finally getting back to myself. My face isn't all pimple-y anymore it didn't break me out horribly but more than usual like two or three extra zits and my mood is a lot better now. Besides I need to be myself again in April anyway, I have an important dinner to go to. I read that people get side effects when they stop take the pill like when they start it; but since I was only on it for three weeks will I be okay? Or will I get the same side effects I got when I started, even though they were minor, since my body's not on the pill anymore?
I just want everything back to normal I dont want to deal with these hormones anymore. It was only three weeks so I'm sure I'll be fine. I heard the hormones leave your body within a few days. I mean does three weeks even count anyway were they even in my system to begin with? I just dont want a zit
