jelly like meat in my sperms

Am 39 years old and I have this embarrasing problem. Some four weeks ago after sex my wife we noticed some reddish brown stuff but we could`nt figure out whether it was from me or my wife. The next day we had sex again, we had the same experience. And you know after ejaculation some  stuff still comes out of the penis and it was at this point that we noticed that the reddish rown stuff was coming from my penis. The third day we used a condom to be very sure and the results were positive. When we went to see the doctor he only said `that can never happen unless u have a cut or maybe your wife is in her monthly period. But none of what the doctor said was true, because I dont have a cut and my wife is pregnant. And he ended up giving a prescription of diclofanac and acertain jab which I didnt ask the name of it. BUt the situation didnt change. After five days we had sex again, only to see jelly like red meat in my sperms again. I was so confused, but my wife was there for me, and she encouraged me to see another doctor. BUt I wanted to be very sure of what I saw again. And this time around we used a condom, and at this time lots of the jelly like meat were seen. Guys is there a specialist for this kind of problem?? Please help me
