Hello I recently had a tummy tuck and BBL done almost a year ago ..about four to six months later I noticed that one of my butt cheeks was getting slightly larger than the other..it became very uncomfortable..turns out it was a seroma so I  had it removed and it lefted a huge dent in my butt cheek which has caused me a lot of humiliation

A seroma is a collection of fluid that can sometimes develop after surgical procedures like a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). The removal of a seroma can result in irregularities or contour deformities in the affected area, which may cause discomfort and distress.

If you're experiencing physical or emotional discomfort due to the dent in your butt cheek, it's important to discuss your concerns with the plastic surgeon who performed the procedure. They may be able to assess the situation, provide guidance, and discuss potential options for addressing the issue. Revision surgery or other treatments may be considered to improve the appearance and contour of the area.
